Mary Ann Graziano- Oil and Pastel Artist

Mary Ann grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Having earned an MFA from NIU in drawing, painting, she became a high school art teacher. She taught all areas of art including printmaking, art history, cartooning and photography. This helped her gain a wealth of experience not only in teaching but also in each discipline of art.

Aside from her teaching abilities Mary Ann is also a professional artist. Many of her pastel drawings and oil paintings have brought numerous awards and purchases.

Recently, she has joined the artists in New Mexico to enhance her artistic and teaching abilities by opening an art gallery and a school. Continuing to draw and paint, she always strives for perfection using new and different techniques. New ideas will help her reach new horizons using subject matter from new surroundings!
